By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a contract in Nepal.- Payment Terms
- Clients must make payments as per the agreed terms (advance/full payment as applicable).
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, digital wallets, or other methods as agreed upon.
- All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
- Cooperate in the execution of marketing strategies in a timely manner.
- Ensure all content, assets, or materials provided to us do not violate any copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any strategy, creative assets, or proprietary content developed by Aava Production Hub remains our intellectual property until full and final payment is received, at which point ownership may be transferred as per the project agreement.
Clients retain all rights to their pre-existing brand names, logos, and content but grant Aava Production Hub a license to use such materials for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. Clients also grant us permission to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
- Limitation of Liability
Aava Production Hub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion results, as digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous external factors beyond our direct control, such as search engine algorithm changes and market competition.
Confidentiality
Both parties (the company and the client) agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the disclosing party.Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services with immediate effect if:The client is in material breach of these terms.
Payments are not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity is detected from the client’s side.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Nepal and resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu.Amendments
